Selena Gomez: "I'm single. Definately single!"

Oh-oh.. looks like there was no Taylena after all :(



Selena Gomez has blasted rumors she’s dating Twilight star Taylor Lautner.

It was claimed that the teen stars had been spending lots of time together while in Vancouver — prompting speculation the pair were romantically involved. (Lautner’s filming Twilight sequel New Moon in the Canadian city; Gomez is shooting the movie adaptation of children’s book Ramona And Beezus).

But Gomez, 16, has spoken out to set the record straight — insisting she’s single, and just good friends with 17-year-old Lautner.

“He’s one of my good friends,” Selena told US TV show Extra. “I’m single. Definitely single.”

However, Gomez admits she does have a little crush on Twilight’s Robert Pattinson.


“It [Twilight] was good. It was really good,” she told reporters at ABC’s press junket for her new Disney Channel movie, Princess Protection Program. “I really liked it.”

“I can totally see the Robert Pattinson thing now,” she added. “That’s for sure.”

Okay, they must be going out, right? Either way, they're totally adorable together. Anyway, Selena has recently posted a blog up on her myspace about changing and hypocricy. She talks about how she has changed over the years, where she didn't like dresses when she was younger because she thought they were "too prissy" but now she owns "more floral dresses than pants". Then she mentions this, which is the topic of this post.

"I also said that I would never fall in love until i was much older to really understand the word....."

Are Taylena in love? If they are, that's so awesome! They definately suit, and they're two good celebrities. Who am I to say whether they suit, anyway?
